Anyone hear of the ViDock?

I've been doing some reading on the ViDock and have read a lot of mixed results. Is this a viable solution for laptop gaming at desktop quality? Some things I've read say you MUST have Windows 7 and you can only use a few different types of cards with the box. I couldn't plug in any card I wanted then?

The main limiting factor's the bandwidth - current gen ExpressCard gives 2.5GB/s, not much more than PCIe 1.0 x1. That's going to badly hurt your performance.

I hear ExpressCard 2.0 is supposed to be a big improvement.
