Just wonderin as i just put a stick of it in and i need at least 3.5 for my gf3 to run overclocked properly and im wonderin if this is a problem with this ram? I heard somewhere that tiny bga ram has trouble with higher voltage. This would suck.
Another question: Would the error message "windows protection error" be associated with not enough power supply?
Thanks guys.

I wouldn't have thought it would be a problem. Most memory is manufactured within a certain voltage tolerance, 10% would be a reasonable guess. That would give 2.9 - 3.6V range approx that the memory should operate at.
