I wonder if he had been brown or black if there would even be a question if he should be in jail until his trial? Because that was actually a question that came up. Should we release him? Ummm....NO.
 
I'm watching Chris Hayes and he's actually giving the news story that's actively breaking where he was a target in a terrorist event. I can't even imagine how you square that and sleep tonight.
