Anyone having turducken for Thanksgiving?

I got one in my freezer. I've never eaten one so I don't know what to expect. Didn't even dawn on me to bring it out for today. Maybe we'll get it out to the weekend.

Turkey, stuffed with duck, stuffed with chicken. I'm in awe of this in concept, although I've never had it.

Agreed, I remember the same thread this time last year when I'd never heard of it before.....

They're great. They cost like $120 to get them shipped from Cajun land. I'd consider making one, but I don't know where to get oysters, crawfish, or duck around here.

Sounds good.. Also sounds like a great way to get food poisoning. Be sure and cook it properly.

Back in my cooking school days, we were told never to stuff turkeys. I wonder what the instructor would think of this..
