Anyone having trouble posting?

Throughout the day I've had trouble posting in some random posts. The browser just sits there and never posts the message. I can access all other pages and posts (including the original) but when I go to post it just sits there.
 
I had trouble posting a new thread for awhile, but then I figured it to be some kind of conflict from my anti pop up and norton internet security. Seems to work fine now
