It seems to work intermittently for me, and right now I can't get it to work at all. Twice now it has even crashed my router while searching for a media server (I verify Internet connectivity through the router, then search for media servers, it says "disconnected from router" or something to that effect, and suddenly my router is completely unresponsive; I have to unplug it and plug it back in to get it working again).

I don't think TVersity is the problem, because I'm not having any issues on my 360.

Is anyone else having any problems, possibly related to a recent system update?

I don't think I've watched anything from my media server since the latest update. I'd test it out, but I was putting in a new hard drive a couple of nights ago and noticed that one of the push pins on the CPU heatsink had come loose and it broke as I tried to get it back in... stupid POS. Worst heatsink attachment system ever. I'm now awaiting a bolt-thru kit to come in. Should be here tomorrow.

Updated to 2.53, still doesn't work, and it crashed my router again. :| Set up my old Xbox with XBMC and that works fine. Windows recognizes the server too. I guess I'll try calling Sony.

Weird...lately my router (which has been ROCK SOLID for years) has started to crash also. I wonder if the PS3 is to blame somehow...

I was going to buy a new router this week.

For some unexplainable reason it's working now. I did nothing other than update to 2.53, and it wasn't working after that. It's been working for a few nights in a row now, so hopefully it continues to work.
