Anyone having problems with cingular?

i'm in southern cali right now and have been trying to call SF all night. i can't get through. it just tries to call and then after a whiel i get a busy signal. people in SF try to call my cell phone all night too and they can't get through. though i can call around locally. anyone else having any problems?

I have a friend in SF, and I get the impression that they have very high usage there, and therefore get a lot of "system busy" type messages. It should be easier to get through later at night.

i was having a hell of a time trying to use my phone at the Rose Bowl. I had full bars of reception, but calls weren't going through, or it would be "system busy"

ive been calling SF a lot, dont really have too much of a problem, every now and then i get a "system busy" just usually wait a couple minutes

you're not the only one, i always have trouble calling SF myself with Cingular all the time, and vice versa too when someone is trying to reach me
the weird thing is, sometimes my friend would call me and ask me why i didn't answer my cell before... and i swear my cell never rang

i hate cingular... it is such bad service, but i have such a great phone.... :|. its only good for non-prime time i guess, oh well...

I'll have to agree with that.
My cingular will work everywhere... besides inside my house. I either have to go to the garage to place a call, or to the backyard, otherwise it will show up no bars, or maybe only one, and there will be always a system busy signal.

SUCKS!
