anyone having dpi scaling problems?

Everything on my laptop was working great with windows 8.1 but now with windows 10 windows apps and chrome look horrible. what can I do? Is this a display driver issue?
 
I'm noticing some scaling issues in Edge, particularly with the tab and URL fonts. The actual web pages look fine though. Hope they fix this.
