Anyone having difficulties logging onto staples.com???

I cant seem to do it. I type in my username and password and than it brings me to the same page, but im not logged in because I dont see my cart
 
I can login to my Staples.com account just fine, it says WELCOME ROSS and my cart seems to be working ok.
 
I dont get it. I just created a new account but i still cant get loggged in, wth?? i tried clearing cookies, temp internet files, history, reboot. im clueless now, and suggestions???!!! thanks
