Anyone have Washington Mutual?

What is up with Washington Mutual? It seems whenever you check your account online, the site gives you some error. Then this past weekend it was down for three days straight for maintenance. Then it was up for a couple of days, now it's back down again. Seems this is becoming a normal thing with Washington Mutual. Or am I the only one seeing this?

Actually, its quite normal.. They usually take their site down after midnight.. Probably due to excessive afterhour hacking or something.

i don't know about excessive after hour hacking, but yes : at the wee hours of the night and some not so wee hours of the weekends they tend to bring it down. Though most any time during the day : i have not had any issues getting access to my account.

I wasn't able to get on at all Saturday through Sunday night. Then I was able to get on yesterday, and only a few times today. I keep getting a message saying it's down for maintenance.

Yeah, I go there very often. Never realized that they shut down at midnite.

Oh well, I suppose they are counting my money.

I check relatively often and about 95% of the time it's up for me. I must not be checking during really off hours. I haven't noticed any extra outages recently...

OK, I knew I wasn't crazy. I called Wamu today after not being able to get in again for most of the day. They said over the weekend they updated many servers, and ran into problems that they are still trying to clean up. Apparently many of the authentication servers are offline, so access is spotty.
