Anyone have updated info on the Louisiana Superdome?

I do take issue with the numbers that were posted by RCN (which I believe are factual) and I assure you that I could produce a logical debate regarding those numbers but honestly, I should have gone to bed 2 hours ago so I have to retire for the evening. Aa far as a logical debate against those numbers I don't think it is possible. I'll try to help you out though. Here is the 2004 Louisiana budget of which >35% is government funded. Nothing I saw sticks out as a good reason for the numbers:

Anyway, I realize that the superdome is an important part of getting NO up and running but I'm not sure the government should be footing the bill.
