anyone have tvwonder working with win2k or xp and geforce 3?

got the full version (not ve) as it has mpeg1 along with some other features which the hauppage didn't have. for the life of me I can't get it to work. get a "primary dislplay" failed. as usual with ati, nice features, poor drivers, and even worse support

anyway, does anyone have it working with this combo? suggestions?
