Anyone have trouble getting ATI rebate from Outpost?

This rebate ended 1/15 and we were led to believe that we could fax a copy of the UPC and the receipt with our mailing info to ATI and they would send us the rebate form. (Lots of us bought the Radeon 32MB DDR) hoping to get it for $119 after all was said and done. It turned out that ATI wasn't sending the rebates and that outpost.com was supposed to send them to us. I remember a few folks being turned down by outpost.com when requesting the rebate form. This may be old news, but

I'm looking at the rebate and I do not see the Radeon 32MB DDR included under the $50 rebate. It seems funny - I have a copy of the rebate form from CompUsa (same picture on front) same form - except that under the $50 rebate the Rage Fury Maxx and the Radeon 32MB DDR appear. What gives ? Did too many of us buy from outpost.com or what ? Does anyone have a copy of an outpost.com ATI rebate that has the Radeon 32MB DDR under the $50 rebate ? If you do, could you please post? Thanks. I think I just lost 50 bucks.
