Anyone have to RMA to mwave.com before?

How do I do it exactly? I called them and they gave me a RMA number but they wasnt very detailed. Said their shipping address was on their web site.

I see a form on there than needs to be printed out and faxed. Do I print and fill that out and put it inside the box?

That's all you need. You ship the item back to their address with the RMA number clearly marked on the box.
I live 0.4 miles from mwave, so I just go there and do RMA though.

Yup, had to RMA a defective Chaintech mobo once to them. What's nice is there wasn't a restocking fee!

How long did it take you to get a board back after shipping? She said they ship out same day they receive the RMA. So I just put a copy of my receipt and put the RMA# on the label on the outside? I don't need to fill that form out on their site? Do they just ship it back to the addy that was on the order or do I need to put that in there aswell?
