Anyone have this Windows XP Home Logon problem?

I have had 2 systems now all of a sudden get to the Windows Welcome screen and then the icon of the one user is showing. When you select the user is just says "logging off". Anyone see this and know what the fix is?
 
Sounds like you shut off the automatic boot feature for a specific user...go into the control panel users and you can reactivate it
