Anyone have this ram? (Corsair XMS Pro)

I remember reading about how the Corsair XMS line was coming out with a Pro Series with LED modules built into the ram. Link to the Memory. I am looking for PC4000 ram so I can OC my 3.0 ghz P4 system. On Newegg the Pro PC4000 goes for $383 for 1GB (2x512MB). The one thing I notice is that the CAS Latency on the ram is 3-4-4-8, while the PC3500 has a 2-3-3-7 timing. Link to PC3500. Will the slower CAS time restrict my ability to OC much? What do you guys suggest I go with? The price difference is about $40.
