anyone have this problem.. internet all of sudden stops working.... for no reason....

Ok i did the obvious things... ran anti spyware and a virus scan... still nothing.. then i went to the sys processes and closed anything that could be closed without screwing up my system... low and behold my internet started working again right away.... so im assuming this is some kind of port virus??? or spyware??? any help would be appreciated

Did you remove any New.NET spyware?
