Looks painful. I had my tongue pierced and it wasn't so bad. But it looks like it might hurt more.

I had my labret done. Didn't keep it in long, but it was pretty nice. I wouldn't sya it was painful, but I've come to realize my pain tolerance is slighty above-average.

I've had my labret pierced. Yes it hurts a lot, but the pain doesn't last long soo you shouldn't be concerned with it. I eventually let the piercing close up because I kept chipping my teeth on the jewelry.
