Anyone have the Syba SIL0680 PCI IDE controller card?

I have two hard drives hooked up to my Syba SIL0680 PCI IDE controller card but whenever I run a program that tries to scan for the temp probe of the drives, I get a BSOD that refers to an error with one of the IDE controller card driver files.

This has happened in Everest and Speedfan. It scans, scans my other HDDs correctly, but then stops and freezes when it gets to my drives hooked up to the Syba.

Anyone have this problem? Anyone NOT have this problem and have the Syba SIL0680?
 
Already have the latest driver, and I figured that this is the right forum considering anyone who may have my same problem probably hangs out more in cases and cooling than general hardware.
