Anyone have the phone no. or link for MS hardware RMA?

My force feedback joystick isn't working too well and I'd like to get it replaced. I checked MS's site and could only find $35 a pop phone or email support (older than 90 days).

a piece of paper with the following:

Attn: Supplimental Parts

photocopy of bottom of mouse
name / address / ph# / e-mail addy
description of problem with mouse
type of mouse

fax to 1-716-447-7330

they will send you out a new mouse

Well...I figured the fax # would be the same...MS Mouse....MS Joystick. And that post was from April.
