I understand that DC is free with Priority and 13c for other but how can you print DC for others (for example First Class or Media).
The link at usps.com only shows about Priority 🙁

You can't, unless you've sold through ebay.. they (ebay) are selling through Pitney Bowes, not usps directly.

This is the first time I sold something in the FS/FT so I tried to figure out the best way to ship.
Thanks LukFilm for the link but ask you to register.
I dont mind register but I think you have to be a company and pay some kind of monthly fee ... but I maybe wrong.
I dont see much different between First Class + DC and Priority+Free DC (except the price, of course)
