Anyone have the latest POP SCI ?

I lost my copy of pop sci and there was this article near the back about muscle training using some kind of supplement I never heard before, but was originally used to treat something like musuclar dystrophe and then now body builders starting to use it... can you find out the name of it for me? It might have been an ad, but it was a 2 page article, picture of some dude's ripped chest on the left page I think
