Anyone have the IWill P4HT?

I'm getting this board from MWave (description) next week with a 2.4B and an Antec True Power 380w. I just decided to switch out my amd system for the sake of quietness and to try something different for a change. The board was $103 and some change..... I don't need the sound since I have a Turtle Beach that suites me fine. Anyone have any experience with this board?

Yeah, I read the reviews on it and it does sound good.... I guess I'll find out soon enough on how good it is. Surprized no one has tried this board yet.
