Anyone have the FUJI FINEPIX 2300?

I have this camera, but no longer have the instruction manual. It's been great so far and takes amazing photos, but recently I encountered a problem. When I used it without the LCD screen, the photos were fantastic; however, I accidentally turned on the LCD screen (like a vid camera) and must have screwed up some other settings because the photos now look very fuzzy and blurry. For the life of me I can't figure out how to restore the original settings and turn off the LCD screen (I would rather look through the lens like a conventional camera). Can anyone help?
