Anyone have T-mobile? What do you think of them?

I had them for about 2 years. They're coverage was very spotty in central california(Clovis/Fresno area). My bill was always correct though, so I never had to call their CS for anything, except to cancel.

We've been with them for almost a year now.. no complaints. Coverage is good here in Portland and surrounding areas.

I've had them for 2 years now. Not a single problem. But after Janurary is over I'm switching over to Verizon where my wife and other extended family are to take advantage of the free verizon to verizon call making.

No problems, since mid 2k2, but the coverage has been worse IMHO since cingulair bought AT&T, I think they broke some sort of shared towers deal 🙁

Coverage is decent, better than Sprint. Also, its great when I travel abroad, all I have to do is call them and tell them I want international dialing and it works great, I just have to switch bands.

T-Mobile has great reception in Florida, and their phone support is the best I've ever used (for any industry).

I'm in CT with them and the only reason I'm still with them is due to the fact 2 of my friends work for them and get me good deals... the coverage is really spotty.

Customer support is nice when you are talking to them. I used to have my phone under my brother's name and it took 50 minutes on the phone ot separate his 2 numbers into 2 accounts. I was paying the bill before, but now it will be easier to pay with my own statement.

Service is great in Boston. Price is great. You can use any GSM phone, even those imported from south-east asia.

Of course coverage varies greatly from area to area, so that leaves customer service, billing.

Compared to AT&T wireless, it's great.

Typical call to AT&T wireless took 30-45 minutes & I had to speak with 2-4 different people, with varying attitudes, can't tell you how many times "Twanda & Jill" have accidentally cut me off during a CS call.

Typical call to T-mobile, 5-15 minutes, speak with at most, 2 people, and they're friendly.

Phone replacement is prompt & painless.

Billing, AT&T screwed up my bill every 2-3 months, and it took the typical 30-45 minutes to fix it, the error was always in their favor.

T-mobile 2 billing errors, both fixed within 15 minutes, last one was after talking to them, a legit bill, but I talked them into eating a $20 charge on a number I had rolled over into a family plan.

Phone replacement was brutal, I sent a broken phone to AT&T's CEO because they would not provide me with an address to send my broken phone. After a month & numerous pleading calls, I googled the guy's name & sent it to him certified, return reciept requested, at their corporate HQ.

in Columbia, Md and Queens, NY T-mobile sucks. I had to constantly leave my house to get any sort of reception. Switched to Verizon and now I can talk without having to move around near the window trying to catch a signal.

Had them for over 2 years. Im always suprised when I hear about spotty coverage, I never ever lose a signal. I drove from IL to TX, and had a signal the whole way, same from IL to GA, I had no signal like twice while in mountain area. Best reception I've had honestly, I was also a field tech for about a year and went all over IL, and some WI and IN. Reception again was great.

Also good CS, I one didnt realize I dialed 1 minute before night minutes started and ended up with a large charge, they took it off for me. Not perfect of course, I have had problems before, but nothing that didn't get resolved in a timely manner.
