Anyone have some good info on Three Mile Island?

Anyone know of some solid books or websites that would be good off the top of your head. I'm not asking you to do the research just asking for your first reaction. Or was anyone alive for the accident of 1979 that can give some insight? Anything is a plus again, don't put much effort into it just a general question. Thanks for your help/input!

I seem to remember Time had a great atricle on the whole fiasco a few months after it happened (I did a report on it for school).

From what I remember (I was 12 at the time) people were terrified and REALLY REALLY pissed off at the electric company for telling lie after lie to the people in the nearby towns.

I'm sorry I don't remember too much other than we came VERY close to a complete core meltdown.

Here's a couple of sites I found which have some general information.

I think NOVA had a great special on the whole fiasco a while back.

Maybe I can be of more help if you have a specific question.
