I have in the corner of my eye and it looks like a hunk of sleepgoo. Anyone ever just slice em off or yank them off?
 
i have a couple microscopic ones on my neck. i don't think doctors recommend yanking them off. infection, etc.

i had one on my back a few years ago that the doc cut off and stitched up. i wouldn't play with it if i were you.
 
I have removed many of them. I use ice to numb the location, put alcohol on the scissors, snip the skin then cover with neosporin. No infections so far and minimal blood. Doctors won't cut them off because it is considered cosmetic surgery and not covered by insurance.
