Anyone Have Shuttle KT266A rev3.1 voltage problem

I was thinking bout picking one up,
Until i read This over at Hardocp!
I wonder if it is just a bad board or a bigger problem because most reviewers give it a good score.

I have a shuttle AK31A, its runs just fine, I haven't tried to overclock it so I dunno if I have the voltage problem. My voltage is detected at default (1.75). If your a hard core overclocker you shouldnt get this board, get the epox 8kha+, the shuttle is more of an OEM board but it can overclock quite a bit according to some of the reviews.
