Anyone Have Problems with Dennis Lam?

Having some problems buying software from Dennis. Have paid him using PayPal. After 2 weeks I contacted him after much trouble (doesn't answer his emails) said the software was lost due to antrax scare. Would resend, It has been a week since he said he would resend and still no package. Anyone else have this problem? Anyone know how to light a fire under him?

I'm not saying you're lying or anything. Just curious about the situation. I don't know who Dennis Lam is.

I was told he has had similar problems on this site. Am trying to resolve the situation. I usually don't run into these problems and thus don't have to post here.

I see. Well, if you look in the For Sale forum, I believe that there is a list of bad traders. I would start there. Don't post anything there as it will be locked because it's off topic and the sale hasn't taken place on this forum.
