Anyone have problems with a Herc Geforce 2 Pro

I just got a Geforece 2 Pro for Xmas, and it just sits here mocking me. I put it in and 3d games started crashing after a few seconds. I formated and reinstalled windows, and it kept happening, I changed drivers a million times, and nothing worked. When I put my old geforce ddr back in, all was well. Any ideas? How can I get some tech support from Herc/Guillemot, their site was less than helpful.

Did you try lowering your agp aperature size to 16 megs in your bios???? Five bucks says that fixes your problem.
