Anyone have problems getting the front USB ports to work on a P180 and DFI NF4 Mobo?

Pretty sure I have it plugged in correctly but it is not working.

Could it be a bios setting I have to enable or is the P180 usb connection not work with my DFI board?
 
I bought an Antec Sonata a couple of years or so ago and I had to re-wire the Front USB connector because it didn't work (lost the receipt). A few months ago I bought an Antec Sonata II case and I had to exchange it because one of the USB ports didn't work. I didn't bother fixing it myself because I had the receipt. I'm not sure if it's safe to say that there are some Quality Control issues at Antec with USB ports, but I think it's more than coincidence that two cases I bought needed fixing for the USB ports.
