Anyone have, or used a View Sonic VP50HRTV Tuner?

Hey, I'm considering purchasing the above product, but have a major concern. I've got a nice Surround sound system hooked up to my computer through my Turtle Beach Santa Cruz sound card. Will I be able to somehow hook the TV Tuner box up to my sound card, so when my Cable or PS2 hooked up through the box is used, the sound will be routed through my speaker system, instead of the tinny defalt speaker of my monitor? Thanks
