Anyone have (or know anything about) the AOpen MK89-L?

I'm not hoping to get some insane overclocks out of the thing, but I'm hoping for maybe 240HTT or so. The AOpen board uses the nForce3 150 chipset, so I figure it might have the best chance at reaching that.

But then there are the K8M800 chipset boards, I don't know anything about these. Can anyone fill me in?
