Just got one of these at the office Christmas party, and trying it out. Seems to make the screen darker, kinda like tint for your monitor. Kinda annoying on the Dell Black monitor, but I'm going to give it a whirl. Hopefully my eyes won't be hurting at the end of the day like they are now.
 
Yeah I need to, but just havn't shelled out the dough for it yet....damn more money spent, but it's just money I guess...
