Anyone have mouse responsivity problems?

oops

here is my problem:

my mouse works frine. but a few days ago i started play cs source and all the sudden the mouse wouldn't respond. like i turn to look to the left and instead i get resistance when i am TRYING to look to the left. it won't it just kinda jerks. And then sometimes what happens is i look straight up and no matter HOW i move my mouse in ANY direction, ANY speed i can't get out of the "stuck" position and its reall frustrating. Does anyone have an idea on what to do? My mouse is just the vanilla "loigitech otpical mouse, and i just use my wooden desk for a surface since its always worked fine.

Might i add also that my mouse "moves" on its own on the screen even when i am not touching the mouse? It is kinda interesting to watch it glide across the surface of the moniter even though its stationary on the desk

i was playing natural selection (hl mod) and one or 2 other people were complaining about the same kinds of problems midgame, tho I dont know what mouse they were using...

Well, your post was originally blank 🙂.

What mouse do you have? From the cs part, I assume that it's a response rate problem and if you're "kicking" the awp, you'll probably need to "kick" a little slower or buy one of these:

Logitech Mx700, Mx900, Mx510
BFG Razor
M$ Intellimouse Explorer 3.0

i don't awp 😉 its pretty much all other stuff.

But the funny part is i haven't had any of these problems for the past three yeras i've had the mouse...and buying a mouse is just so expensive :'( (i got mine for 5 dolalrs AR from Best Buy years ago 😀 )

funny part is i don't get ANY of this inside windows...just when i play CS/CZ or Source. I really don't play other games so i can't comment on whether its steam isolated, or games

edit:

actually not that i try it, if i move my mouse in quick motions (hehe i'm watching my mouse climb "up" on the screen) on the desktop i do lose control :\

Is my mouse on its last legs?
