The place I work at (a high school) is trying to write a document that all the staff have to sign. So far, I've objected to some of the language, as it would technically prohibit me from doing a large number of tasks that I routinely do (update virus protection, delete internet cache, change startup to eliminate bloatware such as real tray, install microsoft patches...)
Basically, I'm looking for one that says "we respect your professional ability to handle routine tasks. Don't fvck with the servers, don't screw with other people's data or minds. Oh, and no porn."
Actually, it should say "no intentional viewing of porn." Unfortunately, as it is written now, if someone went to an innoculous sounding website and there was a NSFW porn ad on the page, it would be grounds for dismissal."
