Anyone have issues running 250fsb?

I have a P4 at 250fsb with GEil PC4000 and I get artifacts in games. I do not get them at 230fsb. I have looped Prime95 at 250fsb all night long with no errors. What is the problem? This ram and board is said to do this with ease. I have GAT auto. How do i disable GAT totally?
 
My guess would be you're passing your memory's lmits. Have you tried lowering your RAM's speed ratio? See if there are any artifacts after trying that.
 
Remember prime95 is not the end all when it comes to determining ram stabilty....Use memtest for a more reliable test...
 
I'd check your AGP ratios. Artifacting at non-spec FSB has historically been a divider issue, but I've been an nForce2 guy for a while and don't have to worry about that so I may be way off. 😉
