Anyone have input on the Mach Speed "Viper V600DAP" KT600

Looking to replace an apparently defective Gigabyte GA-7VT600 1394. This one has nice specs and features but I can't find a single pro review or even much information beyond the manufacturer's details. The two reviews on Newegg are thumbs up and it claims to be american owned and operated (dont know if thats good or bad heh.) Plus the price is nice right now .

I never heard of "Mach Speed".

How about this one instead?

EDIT: looks like Mach Speed sells Jetway motherboards.
