Anyone have info on upcoming Road Runner Speeds

I just got a survey (Online polling place that gives you free stuff to fill out short surveys) asking my opinions on what to name the new Road Runner packages coming for cable internet. They mentioned splitting into three choices:
1) Normal Road Runner.
2) A 3x slower Road Runner supposedly competitive with dial-up.
3) A 3x faster Road Runner - of course at a price premium.

I'm currently considering switching to cable internet. So I wondered if anyone here knows any more details about these plans. I'm a cheapskate so I'm interested in the slowest version.
