Anyone have info on the Quadro NVS 120M?

I just ordered up 3 D820's with Quadro NVS 120M's, and was wondering exactly how these video cores rate. I've had conflicting information, some saying 64-bit and some saying 128-bit. They are TurboCache, but I believe come with 256MB frame buffers.

What I can't seem to find is it's pipeline layout. I've figuring a lightweight 4 pixel chip, but would like to know about shaders and such. I know it's not a gaming chip, but I'd like to know where it stands in the stable.

(And google hasn't been much help, nor has NVIDIA's page)

I have a D820 here with a Core Duo T2600 and Quadro NVS120M 512MB but I also haven't been able to find out much about it. Rivatuner and Atitool don't detect much of anything. Atitool says it has 256MB but doesn't show bus width or pipelines.

It's clocked at 450 core/350 mem. I ran 3dmark05 on it when I first got it and IIRC it scored about 2900. If you know of anything I can run on this to display all the info, let me know.

I'm going to rerun 3dmark05 in a bit. I think I may be remembering wrong and the score was more like 1900.

Based on anecdotal reports so far, the NVS 110M/120M are supposedly roughly equivalent to the Go 7300/7400. This page on NVIDIA's site shows 64-bit memory bus.

Edit: Just reran and got 1947 on 3dmark05.

If you Re-install windows, It detects it as a Gerforce 7200 for the NVS 110, I don't know about the 120. It wasn't till after installing the Drivers that it showed up as a Quadro. I never got the chance to try Drivers straight from Nvidia.

Cool, that's what we're ordering. Other than 3dmark, and real world benchmarks?
