Anyone have info on a Soyo SY-K7VLM-B Board?

I was looking at this as something to use for building a system for my wife. Actually there is a terrific deal on these at Fry's that is hard to pass up. However, it appears to be just an OEM release board and I cannot find much in the way of info on it other than specs from Soyo: No reviews etc can be found. I was hoping to get some feedback from someone that actually used this board and/or the integrated "S3 Savage 4" video. Does anyone have any info??
