OK--I installed the drivers from their site, installed their imaging software (Epson Scan! II32)
I have an AMD T-Bird 800, Abit KT7, 384 MB RAM--should be plenty of horses there.
It bombs out during the prescan mostly--approx. 20-70% into it.
When it does complete the prescan, it will only scan 1% and lock up everything.
I have checked the connections and they are fine.
Uninstalled and reinstalled drivers and software--same thing.
Thoughts?
I picked this thing up from the J&R Hot Deal a couple of months back and really have not tried to use it until today.
