my cell phone bill came the other day and it came out to be 490 dollars for the month. I was positive i didnt use all of my 500 minutes and overtime, so i called them up. up until now (about a year) i've always had free nights and weekend minutes, but for some reason a couple weeks ago, my account was changed so that i no longer had free nights and weekend minutes. but after a quick talk to the CS man, my account was credited 490 dollars, and my month was charged as if i had the free nights and weekends. 🙂:thumbsup:
