Any good?
I used Xenodrine last summer and lost 35 pounds in about 4 months. I went from 215 to about 180. Of course, I also worked out almost everyday and ate pretty helthy, so I'm assuming that helped.
I heard TrimSpa was pretty good and was thinking of trying that since I think I gained about 10 pounds back since then.
