Anyone have experience with the MX900 and gaming?

Looking seriously now at the diNovo bluetooth from Logitech, and my only concern at this point is the impact a wireless mouse will have on my gaming. This "bundle" comes with the MX900 bluetooth mouse. I do seem to exclusively play FPS, so I'm going for something that is as responsive as I am. Right now I've been playing CS:S heavily, so that should tell you what kind of responsiveness I'm looking for.

I have read a couple of reviews, but I wanted to get some personal takes on it from gamers like me. Can anyone give me any personal reviews?

I haven't used it myself, but from the personal reviews I've heard, the mx700 is a better choice. I think it was something about the bluetooth being laggy if i remember correctly.

my friends mx700 is also perfect for gaming, not a problem. So I would assume the mouse you want is just fine.

However, dont know if the bluetooth stuff changes anything...shouldnt though

I have a 510 so I jsut deal with the wire 🙁

Go on and get the MX900, that way when you get PWN3D, you will have an excuse.

lol, but are you speaking from experience with the mx900?

isn't 2.4ghz bluetooth? phones can wipe u out? microwaves? meh i dunno. it doesnt have any advantages over the mx700 that i can see. bluetooth hub is overrated.. unless u need that sorta thing. i just use a dongle😛 the 1000 atleast has a frickin laser and stuff.

i use an mx700.. i awp people just fine in cs source😉

I had the bluetooth version of the DiNovo, but the mouse lagged so I got the non-bluetooth wireless version. It uses the same type of wireless as the MX Duo. The mouse I didn't like so I got a MX1000.

I have the MX Duo for Bluetooth. I have had no problems with it in Couter Strike Source and Iv heard its lighter then the MX700. The one thing I would suggest is do not install Logitechs software. With there software installed I'v had the following problems:

1) Only 2 mouse buttons work in CSS + scroll wheel.
2) There software gives each device a radom key to use so your devices connect securely. When rebooting, the keyboard would never connect securely in time for me to get into the bios. This problem right has pissed the hell out of me.
3) The Forward and Back buttons will not work in Mozilla/Firefox with there software installed.
