I have them. I shot a wedding and was paranoid about my cactus setup (worked fine for messing around, but would sometimes fire randomly).
I didn't have any problems w/ the cybersyncs, outdoors use, not too far tho (dance floor, and lighting under a gazebo). Initially I had issues, but I think it was coupled w/ nerves and fumbling around, heh. I couldn't get them to initially talk to each other.
I haven't found a good way to attach them to my light stand yet, but velcro will likely be my answer. It'd be nice if they built in a ring or something for that.
Build is solid, tho the transceiver was a little tight to fit on my hotshoe, felt a little prone to breakage if you're not too careful. Really love the fact they use AA's, don't need weird backups, can just pull from my stock for the flashes, heh.
