What do you guys think of their service? I just entered some dates and made the mistake of assuming the dates they offered me were the dates I wanted. Now I'm stuck with a ticket that cost me $233.45. Oh well...

Yeah, airline tickets. They won't even let me change the dates. Warning to all. Double check the dates that they offer you because chances are it's not the dates you wanted...
I don't fly often, but I check every available discount tickets site, except priceline. I hate how you bid and don't know what days or times you're flying. It's kinda important to me to know, becuase you know you'll be getting crappy dates and times for the highest price possible (whatever your bid was)
i'm a big fan of orbitz, i really like thier fare grid. it shows you in each cell what the cost is to fly one day and return the next. it's quite amazing actually
Priceline sucks. I have used it a few times for hotels and even though i specify 4 star i get stuck in a POS radison in Amarillo everytime. I also hate how you can not choose what hotel they pick for you. I wouldnt even imagine using them for airline tickets.
I've used them for Hotels. The website BiddingforTravel.com is really good if you are going to use priceline. It tells you what hotels have come up in each town for each star level so you have a good idea ahead of time what hotel you will get. People also post what price they get so you can get a good idea what to bid.
