Anyone have experience with Olevia LCD TV's ?

I posted this in the Video forum but got no answers...so I am curious if anyone would be willing to lend me their opinion ?

We are in the market for a new LCD TV and from what I can see this brand has decent TV's at a great price...

To be honest I am sort of lost with all the TV HD mumbo Jumbo...I understand most of it but when looking at some of the descriptions of the TV's I get pretty confused.

So I am asking all the great folks here to lend me your opinion on this TV...

Here is the company website

LT30HVS

VS.

LT30HV

I found the LT30HVS on newegg for a pretty decent price but there were no reviews...the second TV I have listed had 3 reviews and they were all positive.

Here is the newegg link for the LT30HV

Any input would be appreciated...even if it is to point out the good and bad of each TV...

I want to be able to play Xbox on this and watch DVD's

Eventually we are getting Digital Cable and HDTV...which I believe this TV will work with without a HDTV tuner...

I do have one question right off the bat about the LCD panel...on one of the TV's it lists the panel as

Active Matrix, TFT LCD

but the other TV it just lists

TFT LCD

is one better or worst than the other ?

Thanks so much in advance,

Leeland

Can anyone tell me the difference between the

LT30HV

and

LT30HVS

on the AVSforum people are saying it is because the HV has a dual tuner in it and the HVS has a single tuner...

but when I got to newegg's site the HV is cheaper by 100 bucks...that doesn't make sense to me

so if anyone else has a good idea I would appreciate your input...

Thanks,

Leeland
