Anyone have experience with Newegg's Extended Warranty?

I'm thinking of building a new system, and I noticed that it says the mobo is warrantied by the product manufacturer only at newegg. I've has mobos die on me, and I much prefer Newegg's RMA process to anyone else's. The extended warranty on the mobo (shuttle an35n) is only $5, anyone have experience with this?
