Anyone have experience with MSI 648F?

I was in the midst of building a new PC when I ran across an auction on Ebay for a pre-built custom (Ebay is heaven-sent). It was so cheap I couldn't pass it up. The board on the PC is MSI 648F for P4.

I'd like to know if anyone owns or has dealt with this mobo before and what they think of it (speed/stability/OC/etc...). Any feedback is much appreciated, thanks.
